Hello Funding may share your information with its vetted lender partners solely to evaluate your funding request. Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, offers, or content. Any financing you pursue will be subject to the lender’s own terms, disclosures, and agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

“Hello Funding” and related marks are our trademarks (U.S. trademark application pending). All other content on this site is owned by Hello Funding or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is.” Hello Funding disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue lies in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada.
